Employees get paid for their work. Paying the right amount at the right time in the right manner is the challenge. We will review “wages”; “hours”; and provide lawyers and business people with tools to spot issues and solve problems as they arise. The discussion will include wage orders, overtime exemptions, salary issues, hours worked, meal and rest periods, and other emerging wage and hour issues.
