This video covers 1.5 units of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.242 for continuing (total of 8 units required) and new Minors Counsel (12 units).
Discussion Includes: Recognizing, Evaluating and Understanding Evidence of Child Abuse and Neglect; Family Violence and Substance Abuse; The Effects of Domestic Violence, Child Abuse and Neglect on Children; CPS Reports.
This program has been approved for participatory credit in 1.5 units of Family Law Specialization Credit (legal issues relating to domestic violence) and 1.5 units MCLE credit in General Law.
