This video covers 1 unit of training required by California Rules of Court, Rule 5.242 for continuing (total of 8 units required) and new Minors Counsel (12 units).

This program has been approved for participatory credit in 0.75 units Family Law Specialization Credit (Custody of children, including advice of re-evaluation and custody mediation and litigation skills pertaining to expert and percipient witness) and 1.0 units MCLE credit in General Law.

Andrea Ponticiello
Ms. Ponticiello possesses an extremely eclectic legal background. She was a prosecutor for 11 years before opening her private practice in Family Law in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. Because of an abiding interest in psychology, Andrea also became a part-time panelist for the Department of Mental Health as a Hearing Officer for 15 years.
